The Saturday School
Kurdish language course for children between 3-15 years every Saturday at 12-14 o'clock. The course is given in collaboration with Södra Stockholms Folkhögskola in Slagsta, Norsborg, Stockholm.
What is the Saturday School?
The Saturday School is a language school for children who are willing to learn kurdish as a mother tongue.
Language classes for both Kurmanci and Sorani.
Different classes for different age groups.
Why mother tongue?
According to the Swedish National Agency for Education, bilingual children become more successful later in life.

About the foundation CAN
THE FOUNDATION for Central Anatolian Kurds (CAN) was officially formed on March 24, 2002 by some 30 Kurds with roots from central Anatolia. The foundation is registered with the County Administrative Board in Stockholm.
